Data shows that 338,000 NEVs were exported in October, a year-on-year increase of 52.1%, accounting for 41.1% of the total auto exports that month, an increase of 7.3 percentage points compared with the same period last year. In terms of export destinations, Europe remained the largest market with 256,000 units exported, a year-on-year increase of 35.2%, and the growth rates in Germany, the UK and France all exceeded 40%. The Southeast Asian market also performed strongly, with exports reaching 189,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 42.7%. At the enterprise level, BYD, Chery and SAIC Group ranked among the top three in export volume. Among them, BYD's exports exceeded 120,000 units in October, a year-on-year increase of 68.3%, and its models such as Seal and Yuan PLUS ranked among the top 10 in sales in multiple overseas markets. Industry insiders stated that the advantages of the NEV industry chain and localized layout are the key factors driving export growth.
