Nearly 1,000 units of the Frontier Pro recently set sail from Shanghai Port for Latin American markets. As the first pickup model designed, developed, manufactured in China by Nissan’s local team and exported globally, this mass shipment marks a new phase of large-scale operation for Zhengzhou Nissan’s end-to-end overseas expansion system covering technology, products, branding and services.

Built on the technical strength of Nissan’s LCV R&D center, the Frontier Pro underwent over a year of dedicated development and rigorous testing for overseas markets, and entered mass production in line with Nissan’s global quality control standards. Unlike many automakers that simply export finished vehicles, Zhengzhou Nissan is simultaneously building a comprehensive after-sales service network overseas to ensure steady supply of Nissan-certified spare parts, achieving a shift from simple product export to full-chain global operation covering technology, branding and services.
