On April 22, the New Energy Vehicle Testing Center of China Automotive Technology and Research Center (CATARC) held the "Whole-Chain Efficiency Improvement, New Quality Empowerment" E-Safety Technology Conference in Tianjin, officially launching the New Energy Vehicle E-Safety Solution (NESS). With the continuous growth of new energy vehicle ownership, users have increasingly higher requirements for vehicle e-safety and reliability. Solving e-safety issues in all scenarios has become one of the core pain points of industry development.

CATARC Releases NESS E-Safety Solution to Alleviate User Safety Anxiety

The NESS solution released this time covers the whole process of vehicle product development, including four links: benchmarking analysis and target decomposition, system and component design verification, vehicle technology verification, and product strength improvement, involving multiple professional technical fields such as charging and discharging performance, electromagnetic compatibility, high and low voltage performance, vehicle thermal management, and power batteries. As a national third-party technical institution, CATARC will join hands with major automakers to improve the e-safety level of new energy vehicles from the R&D source, effectively alleviating users’ safety anxiety.
